Although many places may offer a program to improve particular aspects of health and fitness, it is the attention to detail, watching your movements and talking with you as you perform the exercise that allows us to continually evaluate your progress and work out the best ways to keep you progressing and avoid potential injury.
An initial appointment will be with our Exercise Physiologist. The appointment will include a discussion of your goals, a brief health screening and an assessment of your current fitness. From this we can develop a plan to help you progress. This will take around 90mins.
Currently we only work with one or two people at a time. This allows for individual planning and attention to technique that can keep you safe while improving your strength, health and fitness. This is especially important for adults who may have little knowledge about how human physiology works. One of our goals for every person we work with is to teach you some of the principles of exercise training so that you grow in strength, fitness and knowledge through your time with us.
