Step 1: Book your initial consultation
Meet with our accredited exercise physiologist for a comprehensive 90-minute health and fitness assessment. We’ll discuss your goals, review your health history and assess your current strength, balance, and mobility. From this, we can create a personalised exercise plan to assist with your goals or health condition.
Step 2: Choose the right session option for you
After your assessment, you can select from a range of personalised sessions based on your goals and comfort level. We work with one or two people at a time.
Step 3: Begin Your Personalised Program
Start working towards better strength and independence with expert guidance every step of the way. Your program will be regularly reviewed and adjusted for steady, safe progress.
Focused on maintaining independence, reducing falls risk, and improving strength and balance. Ideal for adults 55+ who want to stay active and live life with confidence.
Targeted exercises to improve coordination, reduce dizziness, and help you move more steadily and safely in daily life.
Specialised, weight-bearing exercise plans designed to help strengthen bones and support skeletal health in a safe, supportive environment.
Tailored exercise programs for managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and more — helping you improve function and reduce discomfort.
Personalised strength and conditioning programs for younger clients or active adults focused on improving athletic performance and injury prevention.
Exercise programs designed to support NDIS participants and clients with Home Care Packages, helping you maintain strength, mobility, and independence at home and in the community.
If any of the following options for funding are not available you are able to fund visits yourself. No referral is required.
With a GP referral you may be eligible for 5 subsidised visits with an Exercise Physiologist.

Many private health funds offer rebates for services provided by Exercise Physiologists.
With a GP referral you may be eligible for a subsidised assessment and 8 group sessions along with the 5 allied health visits available to all people.
Through your employers workers comp insurance you may be eligible for services provided by an Exercise Physiologist.
DVA clients are funded as per the medicare requirements.
Approximately 90 minutes.
All appointments are with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. An initial appointment will include a discussion of your goals, a brief health screening and an assessment of your current fitness. From this we can develop a plan to help you progress towards your goals. This will take around 90mins.
A report may be necessary to communicate with your referring health professional.
Train on your own, with a friend or family member. Our prices reflect 60 minutes with our Exercise Physiologist rather than a per person rate.
For all ongoing appointments we prefer 60 minutes which is different to other practices. We believe this enables us to provide a thorough service including a mix of education, exercise and assessment. One of our goals is that you are able to make informed decisions about your own health.
This class is with one other person. A portion will be funded through medicare.
These clients are funded as per the medicare funding requirements.
